About the role

Senior Marketing Manager

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading iTacit's marketing strategy and execution to drive brand awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and support revenue growth. This role owns the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing programs across demand generation, corporate marketing, digital marketing, content, events, and product marketing.

Working closely with the Vice President of Revenue, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, the Senior Marketing Manager will develop scalable marketing initiatives that strengthen iTacit's market position, engage target audiences, and deliver measurable business results. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on leadership role for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment and enjoys balancing strategic planning with day-to-day execution.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with proven experience building demand generation programs, managing agency partners, leveraging marketing technology, and using performance insights to continually improve campaign effectiveness and accelerate company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Marketing Own day-to-day leadership of corporate and field marketing activities in alignment with the company’s marketing strategy and in partnership with the VP of Revenue. Ensure all marketing programs and assets reinforce iTacit’s brand positioning, value propositions, and differentiation in the market. Manage external vendors (web agency, copywriters, PR firm, designers) to execute marketing deliverables on time, on budget, and to brand standards. Maintain and evolve the corporate website, including page updates, content refreshes, SEO improvements, and CRO enhancements; coordinate development work through the web agency and SEO vendors. Oversee content production across the marketing mix (blogs, case studies, social content, customer stories, videos), ensuring messaging aligns with ICPs, vertical strategy, and GTM priorities. Support the development of new partner marketing programs, enabling templates, sales tools and partner promotions when aligned with revenue goals. Own iTacit’s social media presence, including strategy, resourcing and performance. Ensure brand consistency across all materials by maintaining up-to-date brand guidelines, templates and compliance. Contribute to GTM planning by identifying content needs and campaign opportunities and by supporting product launch communications. Support tradeshow and event strategy, including booth messaging, collateral development, pre- and post-event communication, and vendor coordination. In collaboration with VP of Revenue, develop audience-, vertical-, and persona-specific messaging frameworks. Collaborate with Product to activate content assets for product marketing. Manage day-to-day marketing budget administration, including maintaining monthly budget reports, monitoring vendor invoices, flagging overages or upcoming renewals, and allocating spend to campaigns within approved limits; provide the VP of Revenue and Director of Operations with updates, risks, and recommendations.

Demand Generation

Execute multi-channel demand generation programs that contribute to qualified early-stage pipeline targets across all tiers. Select and manage vendors to design, launch, and manage integrated campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid media, PR syndication, webinars, and partner channels. When required, collaborate with internal teams and support execution. Establish campaign KPIs and reporting dashboards; monitor performance weekly and optimize based on conversion rates, engagement, and cost.

Partner with Sales (AE/BDR) to

Translate ICPs triggers, and use cases into effective outreach programs, including structured cadences and follow-up sequences. Build segmented lists, nurture audiences, and trigger workflows based on account and contact engagement. Provide sales support tools such as persona playbooks, value messaging, objection guidance, and vertical stories Create targeted micro-campaigns for priority accounts, TAM clusters, or deal acceleration Build and manage content and event calendars, aligning activities with quarterly revenue goals, industry events, and product launches. Document and refine scalable demand generation processes. Consistently hit TOF KPIs (New Leads, New Opportunities, CPL, CPO) and optimize based on conversion data

Reporting and Insights

Manage reporting on marketing KPIs, including pipeline, campaign performance, website analytics, content engagement, email metrics, social performance; provide insights and recommendations to leadership. In collaboration with HubSpot service provider, generate and maintain performance reports and various reporting intervals. Maintain accurate attribution, data hygiene and campaign records in HubSpot. Closely monitor campaigns, channels and conversion rates for optimization. Reallocate resources to maximize ROI. Share actionable insights with Revenue and Product teams, including trends, gaps, competitive observations, and emerging buyer behavior. Collaborate with VP of Revenue on quarterly planning. Maintain a reliable marketing calendar and reporting cadence. Support leadership with dashboards and summaries for executive reviews, board materials, and cross-functional updates.

Performance Metrics

The Senior Marketing Manager is accountable for marketing performance across the full customer lifecycle. Success is measured by marketing-sourced pipeline growth, brand visibility, conversion rates and revenue.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a marketing leadership or management role. Experience in marketing enterprise B2B SaaS products is strongly preferred. Proven success developing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth. Proven expertise managing digital marketing channels including SEO, paid media, email automation, content marketing, webinars, LinkedIn, and account-based marketing. Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platform), Google Analytics, and marketing reporting dashboards. Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and vendors while delivering projects on time and within budget. Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to develop go-to-market strategies and enablement materials. Strong understanding of lead generation, campaign attribution, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics. Excellent project management, organizational, and budget management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong content development and messaging capabilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven recommendations. Experience managing corporate websites, SEO/CRO initiatives, and social media strategy is considered an asset. Comfortable working in a hands-on leadership role where strategy and execution are equally important.
