About the Role Are you a confident communicator who loves connecting with people and helping them find smarter, more efficient comfort solutions for their homes? Polaron Solar is seeking a driven and personable Solar & HVAC Lead Specialist to join our growing team.

As the first point of contact for homeowners, you’ll engage potential customers, qualify leads, and schedule consultations for our HVAC and solar sales teams. Your efforts will directly support Polaron Solar’s mission to make sustainable, energy-efficient living accessible to more Canadians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads to schedule HVAC and solar consultations.
  • Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries to convert interest into booked appointments.
  • Manage leads and communication records using our CRM system.
  • Follow up with homeowners to confirm bookings and minimize cancellations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies and maximize conversions.
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and results-driven attitude in every interaction.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly appointment and conversion targets.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales (experience in HVAC, solar, or home services is an asset).
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Proficient with CRM systems or Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Positive, professional, and resilient when handling objections.
