The Team Coordinator position in Patio Door is an active and communicative role, where you work with department leadership, flexing into multiple jobs in a shift. If you are a motivated, and efficient team member, with a strong focus on quality and safety, we encourage you to apply!
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
In this role, you will:
- Work as a member of a team with department leadership to run an effective, efficient department
- Act as a key person in the designated work area
- Ensure materials are available for use
- Update stock out report and run system for company visibility
- Ensure leadership is aware of all situations regarding safety, quality, personnel, product, and materials
- Able to problem solve issues as they arise
- Spend 90% of the workday on the floor
- Flex between multiple jobs throughout the shift
You will bring:
- Positive work experience in current role
- Ability to work independently (self-motivated)
- Ability to understand and write simple correspondences as well as verbal communication in English
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and motivate team members
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 10-25 lbs. repeatedly
The following will be considered assets:
- Knowledge of department processes
- Knowledge of Loewen quality standards
