En tant que concepteur d'expériences d'apprentissage, vous concevrez et proposerez des expériences d'apprentissage percutantes qui permettront à nos clients d'exploiter pleinement le potentiel des produits et des plateformes Autodesk. Responsabilités
- Concevoir des expériences d'apprentissage centrées sur le client qui favorisent l'intégration, le développement des compétences et l'utilisation avancée des produits et des plateformes
- Collaborer avec des experts en la matière afin de traduire des contenus techniques complexes en supports d'apprentissage clairs et attrayants
- Développer des expériences d'apprentissage attrayantes qui exploitent les dernières techniques pour obtenir de solides résultats d'apprentissage
- Appliquer les principes de conception pédagogique et d'apprentissage des adultes afin de garantir que le contenu est accessible, inclusif et efficace
- Utiliser les données et les commentaires des clients pour améliorer en permanence les expériences d'apprentissage et mesurer leur impact
- Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles afin d'aligner les solutions d'apprentissage sur le parcours client et les objectifs commerciaux
- Se tenir au courant des tendances en matière de technologies d'apprentissage, de conception UX et de formation client
Qualifications minimales

Licence ou master en conception pédagogique, technologies éducatives ou dans un domaine connexe

Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la conception d'expériences d'apprentissage pour des publics externes, de préférence dans un environnement SaaS ou technologique

Maîtrise des outils de création de formations en ligne (par exemple, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) et des logiciels de montage vidéo

Expérience de travail avec les systèmes de gestion de l'apprentissage (LMS) et les normes SCORM/xAPI

Position Overview
As a Learning Experience Designer, you’ll design and deliver impactful learning experiences that empower our customers to unlock the full potential of Autodesk products and platforms. You’ll work closely with product experts, customer success teams, and content developers to create scalable, engaging, and effective learning solutions that drive product adoption and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Design customer-centric learning experiences that support onboarding, skill development, and advanced product and platform usage
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical content into clear, engaging learning materials
- Develop engaging learning experiences that leverage the latest techniques to drive strong learning outcomes
- Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and effective
- Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve learning experiences and measure impact
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align learning solutions with customer journeys and business goals
- Stay current with trends in learning technology, UX design, and customer education
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience designing learning experiences for external audiences, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and video editing software
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to simplify complex product features into digestible learning content

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $101,000 and $138,930. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
