Job Description Integrator for Oxford Cattle Company is responsible for running the business day-to-day, turning the Leadership teams ideas into execution. This role owns operational excellence, cross-department alignment, accountability, and results. The Integrator ensures the company is organized, disciplined, and moving forward as one team.

Responsibilities

  • Hold leaders and teams accountable for results
  • Ensure issues are identified, discussed, and resolved
  • Maintain organizational discipline and follow-through

  • Lead and develop department heads and managers
  • Ensure the right people are in the right seats
  • Address performance issues directly and constructively
  • Foster a culture of ownership, clarity, and trust
  • Process & Systems
  • Design, improve, and enforce core business processes
  • Standardize workflows across departments
  • Ensure systems are scalable, efficient, and documented
  • Financial & Resource Management
  • Monitor financial performance and operational metrics
  • Communication & Alignment
  • Serve as the primary internal communicator
  • Ensure clarity around priorities, decisions, and expectations
  • Act as the bridge between leadership and execution teams
  • Ensure all departments are aligned and executing against company priorities
  • Translate vision into clear plans, priorities, and processes
  • Identify and remove operational bottlenecks
