What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Technical Lead to guide engineering excellence on our Hiring Assistant team
- You’ll lead technical decisions, support system design, and raise the bar across a full-stack Ruby + React codebase
- This is a high-impact role for a senior IC ready to shape direction—not manage people—and help a fast-moving, high-trust team build transformative AI-powered experiences
- Lead technical direction and execution across projects within the Hiring Assistant team
- Partner with engineers, PMs, and designers to shape architecture and shipping strategies
- Mentor teammates through design reviews, pairing, and leveling up craft
- Write production code across the stack (Ruby, Rails, React, Postgres)
- Support AI-driven development by integrating generative and assistive tooling into the product
- Improve our workflows, reliability, and development velocity through strong technical leadership
