THE ROLE The Senior Manager, Human Performance, Command is responsible for the strategic leadership, development, delivery, and evaluation of Human Performance programs and services. This role integrates operational, tactical, and strategic responsibilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the needs of diverse stakeholders. The Senior Manager oversees multidisciplinary teams, manages resources, and fosters a culture of excellence in physical, mental, and nutritional performance.
Qualifications Needed Education, Certifications and Licenses Master’s degree in Human Kinetics, Sports Psychology, Performance Nutrition or a related field, AND several years of experience in planning, developing, and managing Human Performance programs
AND
Professional certifications in relevant specialties (e.g. CSCS-NSCA, CSEP-CEP, RD, CSSD, CSPA), an asset
Experience In planning and managing the operations, delivery and evaluation of evidence based applied human performance programs
In developing, interpreting, implementing, reviewing, and/or applying policies, procedures, regulations and relevant legislation
In developing, implementing and evaluating strategic and business plans
In personnel administration
In financial and budget administration
In project and operations management
In negotiating service contracts
In developing and managing performance measurement tools
Competencies Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
Language Requirements English Essential or French Essential. Bilingual (English and French) an asset

Writing: Functional
