Accountabilities:
· Lead frontend architecture and development, building scalable and reusable web application components.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
· Write clean, maintainable code with unit, functional, and acceptance tests.
· Troubleshoot and support production applications, ensuring reliability and performance.
· Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across the development team.
· Contribute to planning, deployment, and continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
· 3+ years in a Senior Engineering role with a strong frontend focus; 5+ years in software development overall.
· Expertise in JavaScript, React, Redux, and SCSS.
· Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend solutions with backend services.
· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative development.
· Ability to break down complex problems into incremental, testable solutions.
· Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and proactive approach to improvements.
· Experience with frontend testing and automation systems (unit, integration, regression, and UAT).
· Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-paced startup environment.
