Our experienced staff is dedicated to achieving quick and affordable results for all of our clients. We are currently seeking a Client Intake Specialist to join our growing immigration practice. The Client Intake Specialist Client Intake Specialist will be an integral part of our Client Care team. Job Description:
Customer care, primary point of contact for new clients Conducting intake, answering calls and scheduling consultations for new clients; Administrative support, including opening and closing files If required, pulling reports from client management systems Monitoring emails and shared inboxes and responding accordingly Performing other administrative tasks as may be allocated Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in a full service immigration firm Excellent interviewing, assessment, and time management skills, Communication, records management, and customer relation skills. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Adobe PDF, MS Word and MS Excel. Familiarity with law practice CRM/CMS tools. Ability to follow quality control guidelines. Strong teamwork skills Call centre support and/or sales experience College diploma or certificate in immigration practice an asset Membership in ICCRC an asset Knowledge of a second language an asset
