Description Customer Service Representative - Full Time Pacific Central Station, Vancouver, BC

Full-Time Opportunity| Days, evenings, and weekend shifts | $18.00/hr

As a customer service representative with EBus in Vancouver, you’ll be the friendly guide who answers questions and ensures every passenger’s journey is as smooth and stress-free as possible. You won’t just be behind a counter; you’ll be part of the moments that help people connect across BC and Alberta. What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or online
  • Book, change, and cancel ticket reservations
  • Process payments and booking transactions
  • Support customers with our online booking system
  • Help with check-in, luggage storage, and boarding
  • Answer inquiries with kindness and accuracy
  • Keep the ticket office organized and stocked
  • Perform light cleaning and basic administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • A friendly, service-first attitude
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Quick learner with great attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer
  • Reliable team player who works well independently as well as with a team
  • Employment is contingent upon receiving a favorable background check
  • Certified in First Aid training is considered an asset
  • Relevant job experience is considered an asset
