Business Development Representative – MedTech - Canada
Our client is a global MedTech platform that leverages AI to quickly & efficiently assess patients in a range of clinical settings, care homes & hospitals. They have won multiple awards & experienced high levels of growth over recent years and, as such, are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their North American team.
This position is a high-activity role, playing key part in their continued growth across the region; the BDR will be responsible for generating new business leads & setting appointments for the Senior Sales team.

Responsibilities
Identifying & prospecting leads across the Care Sector including care homes, assisted living, long term care and more Build relationships with prospective clients through a range of outbound calls, emails and networking Manage inbound leads where necessary Generate long-term pipeline of prospective leads and clients Support wider sales team by managing a set of schedules and booking meetings/appointments on a regular basis Effective use of CRM systems and data management Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity Collaborate & liaise with other internal teams including key accounts and marketing Attend industry events where necessary
The Successful Candidates
New business experience is essential, generating leads & appointment setting; 2+ years BDR / SDR experience is ideal Experience selling into the care sector is ideal (e.g. care homes, assisted living, long term care and wider) Candidates selling wider HealthTech products, medical devices or clinical software will also be considered Based in Canada
Business Development Representative Package
Basic salary: $75,000-80,000 (USD) OTE: +50% of base salary Healthcare options Pension options Annual leave options Company laptop provided
