We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Global Lease Administration Manager to support both regional and global lease administration functions, play a key role in overseeing lease administration while collaborating with various teams to support the Firm's real estate strategies.

This is a Director level position within Corporate Real Estate, to be responsible for overseeing the Firm’s Global Portfolio, workplace design program and leasing activities of the Firm's properties. This may also include the purchasing of properties and all related responsibilities.

What you'll do:
- Lead and manage a team responsible for lease administration across global regions, including performance management, mentoring, and goal setting.
- Oversee all aspects of lease compliance, including accurate and timely rent payments, lease audits, collection of improvements allowance, and reconciliation of operating expenses.
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as accounts payable, finance, legal, and real estate teams, as well as external landlords and vendors.
- Responsible for ensuring data integrity, driving continuous process improvements, and delivering high quality service to stakeholders. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
- Lead new technology enhancements with external vendor and internal technology partners
- Bring a strategic mindset to portfolio management, including integration of new business units, real estate tax work, and lease reporting dashboards.
What you'll bring:
- Prior Lease Administration experience.
- At least 6 years of experience with a BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience leading lease administration or corporate real estate teams in a complex, global environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to communicate complex problems and resolutions into a concise format for an executive audience.
