About the role
Overview A wonderful opportunity is available for 2.5 to 3 days per week with a well established practice in the Stanley Park area of Kitchener close to Cambridge and Guelph. Hours include one evening per week. No weekends required as we understand the importance of a work/life balance. We are a patient focused practice and strive to provide excellent quality care within a pleasant and cohesive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth.
- Take digital radiographs and scans using an Itero scanner
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventive care
- Assist in the management of patient records using Live DDM software
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patients
Requirements
- Current Registration with the College of Dental Hygienists
- Valid Ontario Dental Hygiene License
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Minimum of one year experience required
- Ability to perform accurate patient assessments and provide compassionate patient care.
Pay: $42.00-$50.00 per hour
