About the Role We're hiring a full-time Marketing Manager - Events & Social Media to help accelerate the growth of a rapidly expanding consumer brand across North America.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role focused on growing the brand through creator partnerships, content creation, events, activations, and other high-impact marketing initiatives. You'll work directly with the founders to help drive growth across multiple channels while gaining exposure to every aspect of building and scaling a consumer brand. As one of our first dedicated marketing hires, you'll have the opportunity to help shape and build the marketing function from the ground up.

The role is primarily remote, with some travel required for trade shows, retail activations, and industry events.
What You'll Work On
In-Person Events and Activations Build and lead a high-performing brand ambassador team, overseeing recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance across events and activations Lead the planning, execution, and on-site management of events and activations across trade shows, retail, and community events, representing Better Bovine while owning and continuously optimizing event performance, lead generation, and ROI Manage event logistics, inventory, assets, staffing, and on-site execution across all activations
Digital Marketing & Social Media Build and manage a pipeline of brand ambassadors and creators through both inbound applications and proactive outbound outreach Assist with the planning, filming, and production of content for social media and advertising Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns (e.g., ideation, production, contracts, launch, and performance tracking); this may include execution of paid advertising campaigns Support email marketing campaigns across a variety of objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, product launches, and promotional initiatives
Brand Building & Special Projects Support new product launches and the growth of existing products across the business Identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities through strategic partnerships, PR, sampling programs, grassroots marketing initiatives, and emerging channels Partner directly with the founders on high-priority initiatives, helping bring new ideas and opportunities to life
What We're Looking For 2-5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, events, growth, or a related field Highly organized and able to coordinate complex events and activations involving multiple moving parts, stakeholders, and deadlines Outgoing, confident, and comfortable representing Better Bovine in person and on camera, while building meaningful relationships with creators, retailers, partners, and customers Comfortable taking ownership in a startup environment, where you'll often be responsible for figuring things out, building new processes, and driving projects forward with limited direction Able to travel periodically for events and trade shows
Bonus Points Experience planning and executing digital marketing initiatives across content, creators, social media, email, or paid channels Experience coordinating trade shows, retail activations, or experiential marketing Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment, particularly within e-commerce, consumer brands, food & beverage, or other CPG businesses
