What You’ll Do
- Welcome new and returning patients, guiding them through their first steps with us
- Clearly explain treatment options, next steps, and financial details in a friendly, reassuring way
- Support patients with insurance, payments, and scheduling needs
- Build trusting relationships with patients and families while ensuring an exceptional experience
- Collaborate with doctors and the front desk team to keep everything running smoothly

- You thrive in a customer-focused or service-driven environment (hospitality, retail, sales, etc.)
- You’re organized, adaptable, and enjoy a fast-paced setting

- Previous healthcare or dental experience is welcome—but not required!

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:50am – 5pm - These consistent hours mean you’ll have evenings and weekends free—giving you the perfect balance to grow your career and enjoy life outside of work.
