Job Description
We are searching for an organized, experienced, and capable individual to coordinate the daily operations for our team. The successful candidate will be able to oversee and organize the daily operations for our 757 guest rooms and 28,000 square feet of public spaces. This position is a variable position with both evening and morning availability required.
Starting Rate: $22.48 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $26.68.
Job Duties Include:
- Prepare assignments for Room Attendants, Public Areas, Calls, Floor Support, and Turndown staff in HOTSos
- Prepare reports about arriving guests through Opera
- Manage the Royal Service Manager system for the department
- Communicate effectively via email / Office telephone
- Liaise with other departments within the hotel
- Maintain and secure the lost and found room and log and respond to any guest request regarding lost items
- Place work orders for equipment and furniture
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

Frequent sitting throughout shift

Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs

Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
Qualifications
Your Skills & Experience:
-
Previous housekeeping operations experience is required
-
Fluent in English and capable of professional verbal and written communication
-
Understanding of Property Management Systems and housekeeping operations software preferred.

Competent in Excel, Word, and Outlook
-
Leadership talent
-
Self-motivated
-
The ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate organizational skills

Experience with decision-making and problem solving
