Budds’ BMW Hamilton has a existing vacancy and is looking for amotivated and customer-focused Parts Advisorto join our high-performing Aftersales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, helping both customers and technicians find the right parts solutions while delivering premium customer service consistent with the BMW brand.

Compensation
$40,000 – $65,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional**rotational Saturday shifts (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)**during tire season.
Key Responsibilities

Provide professional parts support to both retail customers and internal technicians

Assist clients at thefront parts counter, by phone, and via email

Prepare and follow up onparts quotationsto generate sales opportunities
-
Source parts through dealer networks and suppliers to meet customer demands

Maintain accurate records and documentation inPBS dealership software
-
Ensure thecorrect parts are selectedthrough detailed quoting and verification processes
-
Support technicians at the back counter when required
-
Maintainclean, organized workstations and parts counters
-
Monitor parts availability and communicatebackorder updates to customers
-
Assist withinventory accuracy, bin checks, and annual inventory counts
-
Promote and maintain displays forBMW Lifestyle and Accessories products
-
Stay current withBMW training programs, technical bulletins, and WHMIS requirements

Work collaboratively with the Parts Manager and Aftersales team to support dealership operations
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Experience incustomer service or automotive partspreferred
-
Familiarity withPBS dealership softwareis considered an asset
-
Comfortable usingMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-
Ability to work in afast-paced, team-oriented environment
