Parts Advisor
Budds’ BMW Hamilton – Hamilton, ON
Budds’ BMW Hamilton has a existing vacancy and is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our high-performing Aftersales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, helping both customers and technicians find the right parts solutions while delivering premium customer service consistent with the BMW brand.

Compensation
$40,000 – $65,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional rotational Saturday shifts (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM) during tire season.
Key Responsibilities

Provide professional parts support to both retail customers and internal technicians

Assist clients at the front parts counter, by phone, and via email

Prepare and follow up on parts quotations to generate sales opportunities
-
Source parts through dealer networks and suppliers to meet customer demands

Maintain accurate records and documentation in PBS dealership software
-
Ensure the correct parts are selected through detailed quoting and verification processes

Support technicians at the back counter when required

Maintain clean, organized workstations and parts counters

Monitor parts availability and communicate backorder updates to customers

Assist with inventory accuracy, bin checks, and annual inventory counts
-
Promote and maintain displays for BMW Lifestyle and Accessories products

Stay current with BMW training programs, technical bulletins, and WHMIS requirements

Work collaboratively with the Parts Manager and Aftersales team to support dealership operations
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Experience in customer service or automotive parts preferred
-
Familiarity with PBS dealership software is considered an asset

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
