About the role
We are searching for a talented and motivated individual to join our Bank Operations department. As a Senior Bank Operations Specialist, you will play a significant role in our business operations and global expansion. You will be in charge on the technical operations of payments processing, ensuring banks' data integrity and accuracy. You will be utilizing and designing ETLs with various data sources.
Responsibilities
· Clearing: Ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions to facilitate smooth operations.
· Rejections and Returns Handling: Managing and resolving issues related to rejected transactions or returns promptly.
· Chargebacks and Fraud Update in the Database: Updating and maintaining records to help in the detection and prevention of fraudulent activities.
· ETLs/Reports Building and Maintenance for Finance/Merchants: Creating and managing ETL processes and reports for finance and merchant services.
· Finance Discrepancies Analysis: Conducting thorough analysis to identify and rectify discrepancies in financial transactions.
· Investigating Bugs in Production: Leading efforts to investigate and address any technical issues or bugs in the production environment.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in the payments industry.
· B.A Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Finance or Business Administration. A master’s degree is a plus.
· At least 3-years’ experience in SQL Server and SSIS/Other ETL tool.
· Excel - intermediate-Advanced level.
· High analytical ability and customer relations skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
· Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools and has a creative mind.
· Highly organized; time management skills and attention to detail.
· Languages: Excellent English writing, reading and speaking.
· Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, ever changing work environment with multiple priorities.
· Working on production environment with occasional on-call duty.
