Sandblaster
Kidco is hiring a Sandblaster to join our Paint and Prep team at our Calgary shop. In this role, you’ll help prepare our heavy equipment fleet for high‑quality refinishing, ensuring each machine is properly cleaned, stripped, and ready for a smooth, factory‑grade paint job. If you take pride in detailed, hands‑on work and want to be part of a busy, well‑run team, we’d like to hear from you.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Sandblasting experience preferred, but training can be provided
- Able to squat, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl, and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow all health and safety procedures and regulations as required by the company and OH&S standards
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and able to work well as part of a team
- Legally allowed to work in Canada
- 18 years of age or older
Typical Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 8 to 12 hours/day
- Saturday: 8 to 10 hours/day

- Competitive hourly wage, based on skill and experience
- Overtime paid after 8 hours/day and after 44 hours/week
