  • Together with the project design team, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans, such as design modifications, process adjustments, or alternative solutions to reduce or eliminate design risks, including monitoring their effectiveness and recommending any necessary adjustments. Ensure that all risk mitigation activities are tracked and evidenced in the risk register and aligned with the project design goals and objectives.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with multi-discipline teams, including project managers, engineers, financial analysts, sub-consultants, clients and other external stakeholders, to ensure risk management practices are integrated into the design and review processes.
  • Communicate risk management policies and procedures to all relevant project stakeholders and facilitate risk workshops and training sessions to promote a risk-aware culture at Entuitive.

Compliance & Standards:

  • Ensure that design risk identification and mitigation practices comply with industry regulations, guidelines, codes, safety standards, and in accordance with best practices.

  • Prepare detailed risk reports with metrics and KPIs, and presentations for senior management, clients, and project teams, that provide updates on project risk status and mitigating actions.

Leadership, Mentorship, Continuous Improvement:

  • Provide training and guidance to project team members on risk management principles and practices, fostering a collaborative risk-aware culture within the project team and Entuitive.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, risk management tools, and best practices, and recommend improvements to risk assessment processes and systems. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive risk management.
