About the role

###About****TinyEYE

TinyEYE Therapy Services connects passionate therapy professionals with schools to help children thrive. As pioneers of the first online therapy platform, we've delivered over a million sessions and continue to innovate to meet the evolving needs of students, educators, and families. At TinyEYE, we believe every child deserves access to quality support, and every employee deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. We're committed to building an inclusive culture where diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives are celebrated.
We are seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap and drive the growth of a core multi-sided product that leverages AI to enhance critical user experiences. In this role, you will balance the needs of multiple user segments, partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver products that create measurable impact across every side of the platform.

###What You’ll Do

  • Define and own the product roadmap, setting goals and priorities based on company strategy, user research, analytics, competitive insights, and market trends.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, business analysis, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring clarity around scope, trade-offs, and timelines.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across the platform’s multiple user groups, building alignment through principled prioritization and transparent decision-making.
  • Establish structured feedback loops to synthesize insights from users, partners, support teams, and analytics into product and roadmap decisions.
  • Develop hypotheses, run lean experiments, and iterate quickly by validating ideas through A/B testing and phased rollouts.
  • Identify opportunities where AI delivers meaningful user value, scope AI-enabled features pragmatically, and partner with engineering teams to deliver them while managing the added complexity of evaluation, data dependencies, and probabilistic outputs.
  • Manage the product throughout its full lifecycle—from discovery and launch to growth, optimization, and eventual sunsetting.
  • Define and track success metrics, building analytics dashboards and operational rhythms that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Champion agile practices across the product development lifecycle to accelerate discovery, launch, and post-launch iteration, driving measurable business and user outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

###What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B or B2C SaaS environments.
  • Experience delivering products with AI/ML-powered features, including the judgment to determine when AI is appropriate and the ability to manage its inherent complexity.
  • Experience working within cross-functional product teams with shared ownership, rather than operating independently as a solo PM.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable product outcomes—not just feature releases.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience designing and executing structured experiments.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand operational details, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate them into product or technical solutions.
  • Clear, structured communication skills, with the ability to translate high-level ideas into actionable roadmaps and align stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.

###Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain experience in education or healthcare, including navigating multi-stakeholder environments and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), or applied machine learning products such as recommendation systems, ranking models, or NLP applications.
  • Familiarity with AI-specific challenges, including evaluation frameworks, model monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
  • MBA or an advanced degree in a technical or quantitative field.
  • Experience scaling SaaS products.

###What We Offer
