Job Description
- Perform field walkdowns and asset verification of overhead and underground distribution infrastructure;
- Use Procore to enter the data and deficiencies found on site (post construction);
- Review design packages prepared by others to confirm post construction integrity;
- Collect accurate field data (pole information, equipment, clearances, grounding, attachments, site conditions);
- Verify constructability against issued engineering drawings and IFC packages;
- Verify construction aligns with approved drawings, utility standards, and technical specifications;
- Capture GPS, photos, redlines, and as-built information;
- Support distribution verification and joint-use related scopes;
- Identify non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions using Procore;
- Provide clear field reports, photos, logs, and issue tracking using Procore platform;
- Enforce site safety requirements and follow safety standards;
- Follow strictly the inspection schedule proposed by the client.- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field;
- Minimum 2–5 years of field experience in: Electrical distribution systems, utility construction supervision, CVP / QA-QC processes, Utility safety rules and lock-out/tag-out procedures;
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications;
- Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills;
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work in the field.
