About the Role:

We are seeking aTechnology Analystfor our Technology and IT Services Management Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Enablement, the successful incumbent ensures the continuous delivery and reliability of enterprise services, infrastructure, and applications across cloud and on-prem environments (Azure, Office365, Intune, ServiceNow, etc.). Using strong troubleshooting and technical expertise, will act as the last line of defense—resolving operational issues, implementing effective solutions, and driving automation, documentation, and process improvements aligned with IT best practices (Change/Problem/Incident/Configuration Management)..

As the Newest Member of our Team, You’ll:

  • Responds to complex technical support requests, escalations, and event driven incidents; ensure tickets are acknowledged, prioritized, logged, and updated with regards to service levels.
  • Configure, manage, and monitor system monitoring tools to ensure platform performance and availability
  • Implement, administer, troubleshoot, and improve enterprise applications including Office365, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, Fabric, Purview, Service Now, Oracle databases, Active Directory, and other online applications as needed.
  • Implement, administer, troubleshoot, and improve enterprise operating systems and infrastructure including Windows Server 2016-2025, RedHat7-10, Microsoft Azure, Oracle CI, Active Directory, Switches and Firewalls, and other infrastructure as needed.
  • Review and implement enterprise application customizations, workflows, patches, and upgrades, and ensure enterprise applications meet security standards .
  • Support and implement upgrades of enterprise hardware, operating systems, and applications.
  • Participate in change, incident, configuration, and problem management operational frameworks and activities such as attending change advisory board meetings, problem management meetings, configuration management, and other service management activities.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that arise; escalate and communicate with vendor support as required.
  • Communicate with internal and external teams and collaborate frequently regarding issues, changes, and suggestions and improvements.
  • Develop and support documentation and process improvements for operational teams to ensure successful support of enterprise applications, determine effective solutions for resolving technical issues, research and resolve problems, and document resolutions to drive continual service improvement.
  • Develop knowledge and skills required to continually improve IT systems

To Succeed, You Bring:

  • Post-secondary education in an Information Technology field with three (3) to five (5) years experience or equivalent. Understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
  • A demonstrated knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration, cloud environments, Windows desktop administration.
  • Experience supporting networks, VLANs, VPNs, and packet filtering. Strong comfort level working with command line tools and writing shell scripts.
  • A good understanding of the role of security systems on the network and endpoints. An aptitude for detailed work including extensive troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in writing documentation. Well organised. Capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting server hardware, virtualization, and network storage is an asset.

The target hiring salary for this position is $73,200 - $86,100. Placement within our salary range will be based on factors such as internal equity, market conditions, and the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
