Reporting to the Director, Ecosystem & Partner Marketing, the Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for building and executing joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives that drive pipeline growth, expand market presence, and deepen partner relationships. You’ll own partner marketing playbooks and campaign execution, developing compelling messaging and positioning for Vena’s partner ecosystem.
This role works cross-functionally to maximize the value of our partner ecosystem through integrated programs and co-branded activations. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller and data-driven marketer with experience leading partner campaigns from concept through measurable results.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Develop, launch, and measure integrated joint marketing campaigns, including digital demand generation, events, thought leadership, and ecosystem campaigns, that expand reach and drive pipeline growth
- Lead campaign strategy and execution across marketplaces – including Microsoft and key Technology ISV partners – to increase brand reach, generate demand, and drive transactable opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create differentiated partner narratives, messaging, and value propositions aligned to key solution areas and business objectives.
- Manage partner relationships, working closely with Partner, Ecosystem, and Marketing teams to ensure strong alignment, visibility, and impact across channels.
- Support partner recruitment and growth by creating scalable marketing assets, onboarding kits, and communications aligned to key solution areas and plays.
- Facilitate and educate partners on how to access and execute campaigns through Vena’s MDF program, driving pipeline growth and program ROI.
- Collaborate with Partner GTM Enablement to translate readiness programs into marketing activation toolkits and campaigns.
- Coordinate partner communications, including newsletters, success stories, and event promotions, in partnership with Partner GTM Enablement.
- Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and contribute recommendations to continuously improve program effectiveness and partner experience.
- Leverage automation and AI tools to accelerate campaign build, content generation, and reporting — focusing on time-to-launch and campaign scalability.
- Occasional travel for conference and event support.
We'd Love to See
- 5 years of B2B partner or channel marketing experience within a SaaS environment, ideally working with technology alliance and ecosystem partners.
- Proven success building and executing end-to-end partner marketing programs that drive measurable channel growth.
- Experience developing and running marketplace marketing campaigns, with an understanding of co-sell and marketplace demand-generation motions.
- Strong understanding of partner lifecycle marketing, including partner recruitment, enablement, and activation.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience using marketing automation tools (Hubspot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and ABM platforms (6sense).
- Strong data and analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance metrics, identify insights, and optimize campaigns.
- Skilled in collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams with excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Experience working with offshore or distributed teams to scale campaign execution.
- Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft ecosystem experience is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with partner marketplaces and co-sell programs.
- Experience with Partner Relationship Management platforms (e.g. Mind Matrix)
- Prior experience implementing AI workflows in marketing or enablement contexts (ChatGPT, Copilot, or custom agents).
