- Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure all content is factually correct, up-to-date with current regulations, and adheres strictly to industry standards and client brand guidelines.
- SME Collaboration: Partner closely with internal and client-side subject matter experts (tax professionals, auditors, legal experts) to gather information, validate content, and maintain technical precision.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor content to inform and enrich content development.
- Audience-Centric Approach: Tailor content style, tone, and complexity to effectively address the specific needs and knowledge levels of various B2B target audiences.
Who You Are:
- A Clarifier: You possess an innate ability to take complex, often dry, information and make it understandable, engaging, and actionable for a B2B audience.
- Detail-Oriented & Compliant: You have an unwavering commitment to accuracy, legal compliance, and brand consistency in all written materials.
- Collaborative Communicator: You thrive in environments where you can interview experts, synthesize information, and work cross-functionally to achieve content goals.
- Strategic Thinker: You understand how content contributes to broader marketing and communication objectives within a B2B context.
- Adaptable Writer: You can seamlessly shift between different content formats and tones, from in-depth articles to concise social media snippets.
What You’ll Need:
- A minimum of [2-4] years of experience as a Technical Writer or B2B Content Writer, with a proven focus on the tax, audit, or regulatory sectors.
- Demonstrated understanding of B2B concepts and terminology related to tax, audit, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio showcasing your ability to simplify complex topics for B2B audiences.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities to grasp and synthesize intricate technical and legal information quickly.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and standard office productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
