1,001-5,000 employees

OVERVIEW CrossReach is a large, not-for-profit organisation offering a wide and varied range of statutory and non-statutory funded social care support throughout Scotland. The work and support is built upon over 150 years of adapting and developing to the ever changing needs of the communities we serve.

ADULT CARE SERVICES CrossReach Adult Care Services deliver sensitive, supportive and person-centred services where people can expect to receive a personalised and professional service, tailor-made to their needs. Our partnership and engagement with local authorities, other bodies and local people has served to enrich our understanding of the local service requirements within our communities.

CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES We deliver a diversity of services to many children, young people and their families every year in a variety of different settings. Following an asset based approach we believe with the right support and intervention in place, children and families can build on their own resources and be enabled to thrive and succeed.

Most of our support is delivered in the communities where the children live and is tailored to meet specific needs where we know children and families are at their most vulnerable. We offer specialist perinatal depression services and generic counselling services, including family therapy, relationship counselling and school based clinics.

SERVICES TO OLDER PEOPLE: Our services promote quality, fulfilment and independence through a range of support models including residential care, innovative dementia care, respite care, care at home, housing support, day care and community based creative arts projects. Many of our services have attained external quality accreditation through the coveted Customer Service Excellence Award. Our services are outcome focussed and aim to enable the people we support to realise their dreams and aspirations and to receive a care and support service which can meet their own individual needs.
