The Print Field Service Technician is a crucial piece in providing the first impression to New and Existing clients on how WBM provides excellent service.
Join Our Print Solutions Team In this technical position, you will provide onsite diagnostic, repair, and deployment services to our local clients. You will work in a fast-paced environment, responding to and resolving client requests with a focus on exceeding our customer’s expectations. You will be constantly learning new technology and be driven to learn and grow in your role every day.
A successful candidate will also be able to manage their territory, parts inventory, and complete reports for service calls. They will also need to be able to install or oversee the installation of equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications. We also expect the candidate to be mechanically inclined, and to be proficient in basic computer and networking skills.
What You Will Bring: Passion for print – previous experience with printer repair specifically Ricoh, Canon and HP Strong Customer Service Skills – experience in delivering excellence in customer satisfaction for internal and external clients. Strong organizational skills, able to multitask and communicate to both the client and WBM on the status of printer installation Driven to be the best – able to follow WBM’s PRO’s Elite standard Strong team player, able to switch tasks and help out where needed Cool under pressure – able to make quick decisions Willingness to travel out of town and/or province Capable to lift 50+ pounds Valid driver’s license PDI+, A+ and/or N+ would be an asset, but not a requirement

Time Management – Prioritizes and plans work activities efficiently Punctuality – Takes pride in being at work and ready for work on time and arriving at customer sites on time. Dependability – Follows instructions and procedures and responds to management direction positively.
