Your Role :

  • Independently carry out various operational activities in accordance with established policies, standards, and procedures
  • Handle client requests related to credit card products
  • Identify issues, demonstrate agility, and actively contribute to their resolution
  • Detect and correct errors in processes
  • Suggest optimization ideas to improve operations
  • Participate in the team’s daily activities and help meet service level agreements
  • Ensure compliance with current policies and procedures

Your Team Within the Card Lifecycle – Mastercard sector, you’ll be part of a dynamic team of approximately 20 colleagues, reporting to Erika Cornejo, Section Director. This position is offered in a hybrid work model, combining in-office presence and remote work, based on operational needs.
