Role WHAT YOU WILL DO: We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator/Developer to lead the strategic direction, implementation, and ongoing management of our NetSuite platform. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise, scripting abilities, and extensive experience in module implementation. As a key member of the IT team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes and enabling operational excellence at CoolIT Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay current with NetSuite developments and recommend enhancements to leverage new features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and align NetSuite configurations with operational needs.
- Manage and provide technical guidance to internal development resources and third-party consultants, to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
- Ensure system configurations align with business goals and best practices.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts using SuiteScript to enhance NetSuite functionality.
Who You Are Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a NetSuite administrator or architect.
- Proven expertise in NetSuite scripting (SuiteScript 2.0).
- Extensive experience with module implementation, including Financials, CRM, WIP and Routing, and Inventory Management.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture, workflows, custom records, and user roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite certifications.
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
