What is the opportunity?
As a Procurement Support Bilingual Analyst, you will provides levels 1, 2 and 3 application support ensuring resolution to all RBC Global Procurement related inquiries are addressed with quality and efficiency, as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) and also if a resolution cannot be addressed immediately or within our Service Level Agreement (SLA), inquiries will be escalated as applicable to the appropriate product team.
Important: Please note that the location for this position is Toronto, and it requires a hybrid working arrangement of 4 days/week in the office.
What will you do?
- Be part of our help desk team, receiving high volume of emails and online inquiries from internal RBC Enterprise end-users
- Provide qualitative and prompt, solutions for all Enterprise Procurement inquiries via email and all online communication methods used, ensuring all service standards are met within our SLA to fulfill the satisfaction of our end-users
- Maintain a complete understanding of end to end payment processes using RBC Global Procurement applications according to and including internal Global Enterprise Procurement policies and procedures
- Understand functionality of all Global Procurement applications such as SAP (eProcurement, HR, Accounts Payable), Concur (Expense Management and Travel), Coupa (Requisition, Purchase Order and eInvoicing), US Bank Visa, CNB Visa, Elavon, AMEX@Work
- Participate in updating the team’s Private PSE - PS & Ops Connect Site
- Participate in updating the RBC Global Procurement Support (myProcurement Hub and myT&E hub) Connect Site
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Bilingual: English & French is required
- Call Centre, Customer service and/or Help Desk experience
- Computer skills
- GED
