Our client, a well-established organization operating in a dynamic and high-traffic environment in Montreal’s West Island, is seeking a Receptionist for a one-month temporary replacement assignment, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and manage visitor passes.
- Answer incoming calls, screen communications, and direct messages to the appropriate individuals.
- Greet, inform, and direct visitors, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and other guests.
- Issue and collect access passes in accordance with established procedures.
- Distribute parking vouchers to visitors.
- Monitor inventory levels for office supplies, coffee stations, and meeting rooms.
- Perform any other related duties as required.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and front-desk customer service skills.
- Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written, in order to communicate effectively with an English-speaking clientele (approximately 40% of the time).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Punctuality is your middle name.

- You enjoy working in an organized environment and paying close attention to detail.
- Resourceful and self-sufficient.
- Able to recognize situations that require professionalism, responsibility, and sound judgment.
Salary: $23.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break
Status: Temporary
