Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Division Manager to lead our Brownfields division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex brownfield projects, a deep understanding of contaminated site remediation, and strong business acumen. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth, manage teams, and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the Brownfields division, aligning with overall company goals and objectives

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the division's market presence

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in brownfield redevelopment

  • Project Management:

  • Oversee multiple large-scale brownfield redevelopment projects simultaneously

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

  • Develop and implement project management processes and best practices

  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies

  • Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, engineers, and scientists

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

  • Manage resource allocation and workload distribution across projects

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback

  • Client Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile projects and clients

  • Develop and deliver presentations to clients, regulators, and community groups

  • Negotiate contracts and manage client expectations

  • Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the division's budget

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency measures

  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management

  • Business Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the division's revenue and market share

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships

  • Prepare and review proposals and bid documents

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
