A “Day in the Life" of a Senior Product Designer:
- Define product requirements and shape product vision through co-creation sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, delivering design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
- Help the team maintain an up-to-date Figma-based design system and ensure designs meet WCAG accessibility standards.
- Collaborate within Agile/SCRUM workflows to align design efforts with development processes.
- Educate teams on UX design processes, emphasizing design thinking and best practices.
- Convey design intent clearly to engineering teams for seamless implementation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
- 5+ years in digital product design, with expertise in responsive web, mobile interfaces, Android-based apps, and enterprise dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop clear information architectures, effective visual hierarchies, and user-centered dashboards.
- Passionate about continuous learning and improving design methodologies.
