The Supply Chain Analyst will play a key role in analyzing Supply Chain Data, identifying trends and delivering actionable insights that drive efficiency, reduce costs and improve service levels. Your Contributions To The Organization Will Be

  • Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects
  • Leverage analytics and to provide meaningful insights and solutions to effectively manage supply and demand of medical products
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard new business requirements and bridge inventory gap
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, independently determines method to lead and execute projects
  • Design, develop and automate dashboards utilizing available tools
  • Support data processing and analytical needs for the team; identify and resolve data issues
  • Formulate policies and procedures, maintain documentation for data processing
  • Ad hoc analysis as requested by business and to support actionable recommendations, communicate insights to senior management and across the organization

Key Qualifications

  • You possess a good understanding of supply chain, logistics and distribution gained through 2+ years of Supply Chain experience as an asset
  • You’ve completed a college and/or University education in Business/Supply Chain Management/Engineering, preferred.
  • You have completed or working towards APICS or related certification (an asset)
  • You are proficient in the use of statistical applicationtecs and tech tools such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, VBA, or similar BI tools
  • Experience in SAP & Kinaxis is an asset
  • You have the initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in an ambiguous and dynamic environment and work independently
  • You enjoy working with numbers and bringing structure to complex data sets
  • You possess both strategic thinking and execute tactically, along with proven ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize effectively
  • You have strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • You effectively communicate, facilitate and have strong presentation skills
  • Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
