Job Responsibilities
This position assists with the administration and external customer service requirements for the Service department in a dealership location. You will report to our Service Manager.
- Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries about service
- Field phone calls for booking service
- Make calls about warranty, inspections and updates on service
- Promote CCE service calls and inspections
- Workorder management
- Manages trucking requests
- Oversee incoming equipment
Skills and Qualifications
- A diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales advisor/service role
- Experience with and/or knowledge of agriculture and turf equipment
- A team player with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and fellow co-workers
- Knowledge of turf equipment with previous sales experience would be an asset
- Strong people and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient using standard desktop applications including Microsoft Office
Wage Range
- $20-$23 per hour
- The posted range reflects the skills and qualifications listed above
- Candidates with more or less experience, education or knowledge may be considered at a point outside the range
