About the role
Reporting to the Logistics Analyst , the winter student would receive an opportunity to get a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Cavendish Farms Supply Chain. This includes Planning, Logistics, Customer Service as well as Optimization.

Assist with process mapping and documentation

Perform ad hoc analysis, reporting and failure investigation

Continuous improvement activities

Assist and be involved in the life-cycle management of new enhancements: idea, development, testing and deployment

Assist in daily operations as needed in the TMS (Transportation Management System)

Work cross functionally across departments to ensure projects are being prioritized and completed on time

Currently completing post-secondary education in business, supply chain or engineering

A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills

Strong written communication
