Job Description

Beyond the courts, ice, and pitches of our venues. MLSE aspires to create far-reaching impact across our City as a Community Titan.

As a member of the Community Engagement and Social Impact team, you’ll be supporting the Toronto Raptors and Toronto FC in a cross-functional approach to community engagement that aligns with MLSE's social impact purpose and theory of change .

MLSE's Internship term dates are from January 5, 2026 – April 24, 2026

• Support of corporate and social impact initiatives that engage community . Work collaboratively alongside the Social Impact group, and other stakeholders in priority areas.

• Support the development and execution of social impact initiatives.

• Attend and support with activations and community events.

• Manage communications with vendors and community partners to support initiative implementation.

• Communicate and support centralized tracking of social impact KPIs across the team.

• Create debrief materials for social impact initiatives to strengthen processes.

• Provide research and analysis support of social impact initiatives.

• Other logistic and administrative support as required .

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a University or College degree, diploma or certificate program preferably in business, marketing, non-profits, events, sports management, or a related field.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

• Strong communication , organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Must be able to work independently with a high degree of attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.

• Comfortable with flexible hours/work schedule including some evenings and weekends.
