JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator drives day-to-day execution and safeguards brand consistency across digital and print. The role spans campaign deployment (Google Ads, Meta, Houzz, SEO, email/SMS), listings and website updates, and sales enablement, maintaining accurate HubSpot data, collateral, and reporting. Success requires equal parts graphic design/marketing and sales administration: hands-on Adobe Creative Cloud skills to produce on-brand assets, plus strong organizational and analytical abilities to deliver timely materials, clear insights, and seamless cross-team coordination.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Marketing Execution:

  • Support the execution of digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Houzz, SEO, and website updates.
  • Assist with email and SMS campaigns, including list management, deployment, and reporting.
  • Help maintain Google My Business and other local listings.
  • Coordinate campaign assets and copy requests with the Marketing Manager and creative resources.
  • Track and summarize marketing performance data, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to graphic design tasks, including preparing visuals, layouts, and digital assets.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create and adapt marketing materials for print and digital.

Sales Administration::

  • Support HubSpot CRM administration: maintaining pipeline accuracy, running reports, and assisting with data updates.
  • Assist with lead management, follow-up workflows, and campaign tracking.
  • Help update and organize sales collateral, forms, and presentations.
  • Assist in distributing dealer communications and promotional announcements.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to improve sales team efficiency and accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales administration, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Houzz, SEO, email tools).
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Graphic design experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a marketing & sales support role within manufacturing, home design, or related industries.
  • Experience producing social and web-ready graphics, brochures, or sales collateral.
  • Familiarity with GA4 and reporting dashboards.
  • Experience coordinating between sales, marketing, and external partners.

Key Tools:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • HubSpot CRM.
  • Google Ads / Meta Ads Manager.
  • GA4 Analytics.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Canva (for quick-turn projects).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Competitive salary of $50,000–$55,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus a performance bonus (total compensation up to $60,000).
  • Extended health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Group RRSP with employer matching.
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, bereavement days, and personal days.
  • Access to employee wellness initiatives and company events.
  • Opportunities for training and career development.
