We’re looking for a Designer (UX/UI) to join our growing team!
You play a mission-critical role in conceiving and evolving our digital ecosystem. You’ll be part of the Transactions team, that’s responsible for customers transactional digital experience across multiple brands.
Workplace: Montreal (2020 Robert-Bourassa)
What you’ll do here:
- Leverage consumer insights and data to craft human-centered digital experiences that are clear, highly useable, visually appealing, and help achieve business objectives.
- Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap definition alongside the product and multidisciplinary agile team.
- Present work to a variety of audiences, including executives and stakeholders.
- Partner with product managers, product owners, engineers, researchers, copywriters, to produce quality, delightful interfaces: delivering the end-to-end solution from conception until launch, and iteration.
- Leverage and interpret DesignSystem libraries and design guidelines for multiple brands, while advocating for improvements alongside the design community.
- Generate final assets and work with developers to implement and validate specifications.
- Give and solicit feedback from other designers and the product team, in order to continually raise our bar for quality.
- Elevate the team’s design practices and methodologies, while being an advocate for user-centered, data-driven design.
What you bring to the table:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience designing digital products that have been released in the market, with a proven track record of success.
- Capacity to understand business needs and translate them into design requirements.
- Experience delivering end-to-end (from brief to launch) digital solutions within a cross-functional team environment, using an iterative approach, that leverages quantitative and qualitative measurement.
- Ability to contribute to multiple initiatives concurrently, with ambiguous scope.
- Expertise in usability and user-centereddesign practices, with visual design experience. You appreciate and understand how typography, color, layout can impact product function.
- Mastery of design tools (Figma, Miro, Sketch, Axure, InVision, Illustrator, etc.). Experience with UX research tools an asset (usertesting.com, Optimal Workshop, etc.).
- Experience in producing process flows, content inventories, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface design files.
- You love working in a collaborative environment that has a strong focus on teamwork, innovation, open minds, and having fun. You’re a team player that can share and receive constructive feedback.
- Creative, analytical, curious, and ingenious. Deeply passionate about design and quality.
- Organized, fully autonomous and proactive.
- Bilingualism (French and English) – Need to interact regularly with colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
