About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Project Coordinator to join our EV charging infrastructure team. If this sounds like you, we welcome you to apply! The EV Project Coordinator works directly with the Project Managers to coordinate large public DCFC electric vehicle infrastructure projects. This includes the lifecycle stages from initial client consultation, to design, procurement, construction, and client acceptance.

What will I be doing?

  • Coordinate multiple projects at different stages through the design-build process

  • Assist the Project Managers to develop project documents such as budgets, schedules, and running reports as needed

  • Create new projects in the project management software

  • Organize and document project progress on different platforms and ensure project information is always up to date and schedules are accurate

  • Onboard new vendors and new sub-contractors

  • Obtain building and/or development permits

  • Manage the change order processes, estimations, and budget modifications

  • Complete safety documentation

  • Coordinate with the Project Managers to ensure the project is completed on budget

  • Monthly billing

What I bring to Power Pros:

  • Cooperative and willing to assist others in the company and work in a team environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint)

  • Experience in Procore, Sage 300, QuickBooks, and Monday

  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Diploma or certificate in office or business administration is an asset

  • Experience in a construction company is an asset

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Typing speed of 50 wpm minimum

  • Ability to adapt as tasks may change from day to day
