Enterprise Applications Support Analyst
Canada (Remote) Full-time
Position Summary
We have a current vacancy for anEnterprise Applications Support Analystto join our Team inCanada (Remote). The Enterprise Applications Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support across all enterprise applications, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction. This role includes day-to-day administrative tasks in SAP, Move-IT, and document management systems, while acting as the first point of contact (Level 1 support) for all enterprise applications. The specialist will troubleshoot issues, resolve user queries, and coordinate with higher-level support teams as needed.
Essential Functions
- Serve as Level 1 support for all enterprise applications, including SAP, Move-IT, and document management platforms.
- Perform routine administrative tasks in SAP (e.g., user management, basic configuration), Move-IT, and document management systems.
- Monitor application performance and escalate issues to Level 2/3 support when necessary.
- Assist with onboarding new users and managing access permissions across applications.
- Support integration and connectivity troubleshooting between applications.
- Maintain accurate documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors for issue resolution.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on application functionality.
- Participate in application testing during upgrades or new deployments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or application administration.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and basic administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of Move-IT and document management platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Basic understanding of networking and system integrations.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and change management.
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications (Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms)
The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is betweenTotal Target Cash (TTC) 65,000.00 – 72,000.00 CAD Annual.
This reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including – but not limited to – the employee’s career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company’s annual salary budget, the customer’s program requirements, and the company’s internal equity. Thales may offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
