###About the Role
We are looking for a detail-orientedInventory & Invoice Coordinatorto support our dealerships across Canada by ensuring parts inventory and vendor invoices are accurately entered and validated in our ERP system.
This role is ideal for someone with experience indata entry, accounting support, administration, or inventory coordinationwho enjoys working with numbers, reviewing documentation, and ensuring information is accurate.
You will play an important role in ensuring that inventory received at our locations is properly recorded, invoices are validated, and pricing discrepancies are resolved with vendors.
###Key Responsibilities
- Enter parts receiving information into the ERP system based on packing slips and vendor invoices
- Review and validate invoices to ensure pricing, freight, and exchange rates are accurate
- Match receiving documentation with vendor invoices and identify discrepancies
- Work with vendors to obtain missing invoices and resolve pricing or billing issues
- Track shipments and follow up with locations regarding items not yet received
- Process vendor credits for returned inventory
- Maintain accurate parts pricing and cost information within the ERP system
- Support accounting and operations teams with inventory documentation and reporting
- Assist with other administrative or inventory support tasks as required
###What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and numbers
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on outstanding items
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and ERP systems
- Organized and dependable with strong time management skills
###Education & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience inadministration, data entry, accounting support, or inventory coordination an asset
- Experience reviewing invoices, matching documentation, or working with numerical data is an asset
- Experience working with ERP systems is preferred (IDS experience is a bonus)
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Compensation & Benefits
-$17.85 – $19.50 per hour plus depending on experience
