Our client, a leading organization in the gaming and entertainment industry, is seeking a Marketing and Advertising Coordinator to play a key role in supporting marketing communication campaigns. This is a 3 months contract with the possibility of extension, offering you the chance to contribute to impactful advertising projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Tasks
- Assist project managers in the design, production, and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Develop and coordinate the internal display plan for the establishments.
- Present briefs to creative teams and ensure follow-up on designs, approvals, and deliveries.
- Perform quality control on produced materials and evaluate results after deployment.
- Monitor monthly budgets and approve quotes and invoices.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- College diploma in administrative techniques or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in advertising or marketing coordination.

- Bilingual in French and English (an asset).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Creativity and ability to work as part of a team.
