About the role
The Mark Motors Group prides itself on being Ottawa’s Premium vehicle leader in both sales and service. Come join our Jaguar Land Rover Hunt Club location as our Parts Consultant.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to
- Provide prompt and courteous service to Technicians, customers and to our wholesale accounts.
- Handle telephone parts orders for wholesale and/or retail accounts and maintain records of all special-order parts.
- Provide all the necessary information for special and emergency orders.
- Write purchase orders for parts from outside suppliers
- Promote additional parts sales by suggesting related items, seasonal lines
- Initiate credit applications for new accounts and check credit requests
- Inform customers when special orders are received
- Ensure that all defective warranty parts returned by Technicians are properly identified and placed accordingly in our Warranty return area.
Job type – Full time Monday – Friday from 8am-5pm starting August 29th 2025
