Duties & Responsibilities
- Entry and tracking of monthly requisitions and purchase orders including creation and closing
- Tracking and entry of machine/asset hours and or tonnage to drive pm process
- Creation and upkeep of operator check sheets provided to Mobile Planning to be incorporated in PM program
- Review, tracking of light vehicle EmKay services for Mobile and Plant
- Maintaining service records into the system for completion of repairs, PM services and down days
- Maintain a high level of Health and Safety performance through effective communication
- Ensure adherence to to the Company's environmental policy, work standards, management plans, and regulatory obligations and requirements
- Provide administrative services to the Maintenance Department and Plant including maintaining records related to maintenance activities
- Facilitate communication and coordination between Maintenance and Plant teams and other departments
Education, Experience & Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in the mining industry or industrial environment
- Relevant degree or diploma would be considered an asset
Technical Competencies & Skills
- Must be able to work 12-hour day on a 7x7 rotation
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Project prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm and work effectively in high-stress situations.
- Respectful, motivated with a positive attitude and a visible team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint especially spreadsheets and databases.
- Committed to high standards in health and safety performance.
- Demonstrated ability to act with integrity, good judgment, and discretion, with a strong emphasis on maintaining confidentiality.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills, able to manage tasks independently.
- Attention to detail, quick learner, capacity to work independently and build internal working relationships
- Ability and willingness to work in all weather conditions.
Wage and Benefits
Conuma Resources takes pride in providing industry-competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package that truly values our employees. Specifically for the Health and Safety Administrator role, we offer an annual base salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 along with a variety of bonuses, including a monthly efficiency bonuses based on safety and production targets, and quarterly retention bonuses. Our benefits package also includes paid vacation and personal days, 7% RRSP matching, and 100% employer-paid extended health and dental care, among other valuable perks!
