Toronto ON, CN (Mississauga site location)

Salary Range: 170k-195k Base

Supplemental Pay: 10%-15% Annual Incentive, Auto Allowance

Schedule: Flexible Business

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute the IT strategy for the Americas region, aligning it with overall business goals and corporate IT strategies.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals, including managers, engineers, and support staff, ensuring high performance and employee development.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of server systems, networks, data centers, clouds, and securities for IT and Operational Technology (OT).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in similar IT leadership roles.
  • Experience in a global manufacturing environment is a must leading global teams, projects and metrics, organization structure, team development, management encouragement, financial/business acumens, business care building.
  • Extensive experience leading global transformation and migration projects.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity.
  • Experience with VM Ware, Hypervisor, Zscaler, Net App, or ZPA ZIA
  • High level knowledge in modern IT technology and technology transformation experiences.
  • Extensive working knowledge of cloud and storage management.
  • Stable and recent work history.
  • Flexible schedule to travel, attend oft hours global teams meetings.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with modern machine learning, generative AI, and hybrid cloud solutions.
