About the role

Job Description En tant que Représentant principal – Ventes internes, vous serez en contact avec les clients existants afin d’accroître les ventes des produits et services de l’entreprise. Vous obtiendrez, créerez et ferez croître les commandes (upselling), assurerez la satisfaction client et ajouterez de la valeur à l’expérience d’achat du client. Vous gérerez un portefeuille de comptes plus importants et complexes et serez compétent dans tous les aspects du processus de vente interne, avec un accent sur les techniques de vente proactive pour générer de nouvelles affaires ou développer le portefeuille existant. Vous collaborerez aussi avec les équipes de vente externe pour garantir que les objectifs soient atteints.

Responsabilités

  • Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de performance selon les critères de volume, rentabilité, pénétration et efficience.
  • Promouvoir les produits et offrir des services à valeur ajoutée.
  • Développer des relations solides avec les comptes existants et prospecter de nouvelles opportunités au sein de ces comptes.
  • Gérer, qualifier et développer les opportunités transmises par le marketing, la vente externe ou les comptes nationaux.
  • Se tenir informé des nouveaux produits, acquérir et partager des connaissances concurrentielles.
  • Faire remonter à la direction les tendances du secteur, les prix des concurrents et les retours clients.
  • Pouvoir agir comme référence pour d’autres représentants internes concernant les processus, systèmes, clients, etc.

Qualifications Requises

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent requis ; un baccalauréat est préférable.
  • Approfondie connaissance et expérience en ventes et administration des ventes (4 à 5 ans).
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Microsoft Office.
  • Capacité démontrée à maintenir un haut niveau de performance en tant que contributeur professionnel.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
  • Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à encadrer/coacher des collègues.
  • Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale.
  • Capacité à prospecter et à promouvoir des concepts auprès de clients actuels et potentiels.
  • Autonomie dans la résolution de problèmes, avec discernement et compréhension réaliste des enjeux.
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes parfois complexes en identifiant les obstacles essentiels et en appliquant des compétences de résolution adaptées.
  • Capacité de travailler de manière indépendante avec un minimum de supervision.
  • Une expérience de vente dans le secteur électrique ou de la distribution est un atout.
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements : 0 % à 25 %.

As a Senior Representative - Inside Sales, you will interact with existing customers to increase sales of the Company's products and/or services. You will obtain, create, and and up-selling orders, creating customer satisfaction and adding value to the customer's buying experience. You will own a book of larger, more complex accounts and is proficient in all aspects of the inside sales process will a focus on proactive selling techniques to add business or expand current book of accounts.  You will also collaborate with outside sales to ensure goals are being met.

Responsibilities

  • Meets and exceeds performance measurements based on volume budgets, profitability, penetration, efficiency objectives.
  • Markets products and offers value-added services.
  • Develops strong business relationships in growing existing accounts, prospects for opportunities within account base.
  • Owns, qualifies, and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, national accounts.
  • Keeps abreast of new products and acquires and shares competitive knowledge.
  • Reports industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management.
  • May function as the lead for other ISRs with respect to processes, systems, customers, etc.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in Sales and Sales Administration (4-5 years)
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated high level of sustained competency as a professional contributor
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work in team environment and mentor/coach team members
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potential new accounts
  • Ability to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and realistic understanding of issues
  • Ability to solve difficult and sometimes moderately complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions and identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem-solving skills to resolve complex situations
  • Works independently with minimal supervision
  • Preferred sales experience in electrical or distribution environment
  • Ability to travel 0% - 25%

Compensation Details: $23.85 - $29.81 Per Hour

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
