PAL Aerospace is currently looking for Warehouse Operators at our base located in Trenton, ON.
The Warehouse Operator is a fast-paced, primarily data entry, position that requires excellent time management skills from an energetic & independently motivated person.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage data within the Logistic Management system (SAP SP1);
- Manage data within a locally produced Electronic Record keeping system;
- Maintain spreadsheets;
- Shipping/receiving;
- Issue and receive parts to and from DND Supply personnel;
- Manage the flow of repairable parts and equipment;
- Control of consumable consumption points;
- Stock purchasing;
- Warehouse stock management;
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Supply Chain experience or Military Supply/Traffic Technician;
- Proficient with computer applications (Microsoft Office, ERP systems, etc);
- Previous experience using SAP an asset;
- Forklift experience an asset;
- Availability to work extended hours, evenings, on call, occasional shift work etc;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Self-motivated and ability to prioritize workload;
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
- The ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced and continuously evolving work environment;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written);
- Able to obtain and maintain Level II – Secret clearance;
- Able to obtain and maintain ITAR / CCG clearance.
