The Savills Surveying Graduate Programme offers roles across the UK in both London and the Regions and allows graduates to gain a thorough understanding of the industry, markets and Savills teams and clients, in preparation for the APC and becoming a real estate professional. Both cognate and non-cognate degree candidates will be considered.

Including Building Surveying and Project Management positions, our building and project consultancy service provides bespoke specialist solutions that can be applied across all technical aspects of acquisitions, development, ownership, occupation and disposal of property assets. Rural | Regions Rural Graduate Scheme
Operating across a UK network of over 30 offices, our wider services cover; architecture, building consultancy, rural planning, estate management, forestry, professional consultancy, farm and estate sales and purchasing, food and farming, renewable energy, energy brokerage, mapping and strategic projects. Operating across a UK network of over 30 offices and a number of client offices from North of Scotland down to Dorset and Kent. Our services cover land consents, referencing, negotiation, planning, landowner/contractor liaison and damage claim negotiation across the infrastructure and utility sector, including electricity, water, gas & telecoms.
Sustainability | London | Manchester Sustainability Graduate Scheme
The Sustainability Consultancy team is based within the Property Management Division of the organisation and brings together around 30 sustainability professionals from varied backgrounds. We also work collaboratively alongside other energy and sustainability-focused teams within the business, including Sustainable Design, Engineering & Design Consultancy, Energy Consultancy, Energy Procurement, Environmental Economics and Research.

In Sustainable Design we deliver design advice for new developments, from passive measures, through to energy strategies, smart buildings and renewable technologies; and create strategic pathways for existing buildings, portfolios and masterplans to achieve net zero, embracing social value, wellbeing and climate resilience.

As a graduate on the energy pathway, our graduates will gain experience across a wider variety of different service lines and skills. One day our graduates could be out undertaking energy audits on managed sites, the next undertaking research to support a Director’s strategic advice on low carbon energy infrastructure of national importance.
