About the role

Contract Opportunity – End-to-End (E2E) Test Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced End-to-End (E2E) Test Manager to lead enterprise-wide testing initiatives across complex technology programs. This role will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive E2E testing strategies, coordinating testing activities across multiple delivery teams, and ensuring the successful validation of integrated business and technology solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, business stakeholders, development teams, and quality assurance resources to drive testing excellence and ensure high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities E2E Test Strategy & Leadership Partner with Delivery Managers and project stakeholders to define, implement, and manage comprehensive E2E testing strategies across programs ranging from 4 to 50+ teams. Lead all phases of E2E testing, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and business requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders, providing testing expertise and strategic guidance. Own and manage all testing deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Test Planning & Execution Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test data. Plan, coordinate, and oversee large-scale systems integration testing, specialized testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Manage the execution of functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities. Ensure appropriate test coverage for both technical and business functional requirements. Support and facilitate UAT activities, including defect management and issue resolution. Stakeholder Management & Communication Build strong working relationships across business, technology, and vendor teams. Influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization to ensure successful testing outcomes. Provide regular status updates, testing metrics, risk assessments, and executive-level reporting. Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate testing issues, risks, and dependencies. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Ensure adherence to quality assurance principles, testing standards, and structured methodologies. Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, tools, and practices. Support the implementation and utilization of test automation where appropriate. Drive defect management and quality improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience leading large-scale End-to-End Testing initiatives within complex enterprise environments. Experience managing testing activities across multiple concurrent delivery teams (4–50+ teams). Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, testing frameworks, and best practices. Experience creating and managing: Test Strategies Test Plans Test Cases Test Scenarios Test Data Test Execution Reports Hands-on experience with: Functional Testing Non-Functional Testing Systems Integration Testing End-to-End Testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies. Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within large enterprise transformation or digital modernization programs. Experience in financial services, banking, payments, or highly regulated industries. Knowledge of test automation tools and continuous testing practices. Experience working in Agile environments utilizing Jira and related project management tools.
